DESCRIPTION
My crystal cups reflect light in a way reminiscent of metallic finishes, an attribute I need six months of daily toil to perfect. To achieve the rough shape, a made sketches of the images in my head, then digitized each facet and pasted them together to get a three-dimensional model that I used in cutting them out of the raw crystal. Six months of trial-and-error later, I finally got all the positioning and cutting angle right. The sparkle of this original is the result.
